Which islands do you ship to?
We ship to all the Canary Islands: Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in Gran Canaria. For the rest of the islands, shipping is calculated per box based on the destination.
When is mango season?
The commercial season runs roughly from June to December. Outside of season, online sales are temporarily disabled.
How much does each box weigh?
We offer boxes of approximately 6 kg, about 12-15 mangoes.
What mango varieties will I receive?
We grow Keitt, Osteen and Tommy Atkins, among others. The specific variety depends on the time of year and availability when your box is prepared, so we cannot guarantee a particular variety for online orders.
Can I buy more than five boxes?
The online maximum is five boxes per order. For larger quantities, request a business proposal and we'll help with your order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are prepared on business days. Shipment tracking is handled by TIPSA, which may email you.
How do I pay for my order?
You pay by card with Stripe, in the step after the cart. Mogansol does not store your card details.
Can I pick up my order at the farm?
We don't currently offer farm pickup. We only deliver to your address.
Do you work with hotels and restaurants?
Yes. If you represent a hotel, restaurant, café, greengrocer, distributor or company, you can request a business proposal.
