Privacy policy

This policy describes how Agricola Domingo Bueno e Hijos SL (Mogansol) processes the personal data you provide when using https://www.mogansol.es (the “Site”). It applies to anyone who writes to us, requests a business proposal or places a mango order, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect and why

We only ask for the data needed for each request. There are no user accounts.

• Contact form: name, email, subject and message. Purpose: to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if the enquiry is pre-contractual, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Business proposal (hospitality and companies): name, company, email, phone (optional), island and notes. Purpose: to prepare and send you an offer. Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR). This form does not involve any charge.
• Online order (guest): on the Site we collect name, phone, island, address, town, postcode, order contents and optional notes. Email and card payment are completed in Stripe. Purpose: to perform the sale contract, delivery and order communications. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

All forms include a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, we discard the submission and do not process that data.

3. Recipients

Your data is not sold.

Only those who need it can access it, in order to reply to you, prepare a proposal, take payment and deliver the order. Card payment is handled by the payment provider: Mogansol does not see or store your card number. For delivery, the carrier receives your name, address, phone number and email, only to send tracking notices.

Anyone who processes this data is in the European Union or provides appropriate safeguards if they do so outside the EU.

4. Retention

We keep enquiries and proposals for as long as needed to reply and, at most, one year if there is no later relationship. Order data is kept for the life of the contract and thereafter for the legal invoicing and claims periods (generally up to 6 years).

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent where that is the legal basis. Write to us at contacto@mogansol.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) (www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies and local storage

The cart is stored in your browser (localStorage). It is not a tracking cookie: it only remembers the boxes you chose and the island, and it is not used for advertising.

The Site measures audience in aggregate and without advertising cookies. We do not show a cookie wall because we do not set advertising or profiling cookies.

If analytics or marketing tools with non-essential cookies are added in the future, information will be given and consent will be requested where the law requires it.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal or Site changes. The current version is the one published at /en/privacidad.
